Shell house, white-box and turnkey home
A shell house is fully completed on the outside, while the interior spaces are ready for the final finishing works. All essential technical installations are already in place: the electrical system, plumbing and ventilation have been installed, and the interior walls are covered with gypsum board. In a white-box home, the work goes a step further. In addition to the above, the walls have been filled and primed with a base coat. The rooms are visually bright and clean, but the final finishes (such as paint, wallpaper, flooring, and tiles in sanitary rooms) are not yet installed.
A turnkey solution means a fully completed home. All interior finishing works are done, flooring is installed, walls are finished, and sanitary fixtures (toilets, showers, bathtubs) are in place. Your only task is to move in.
Building structures
The structures of the homes are designed with durability, energy efficiency, and everyday comfort in mind. The foundation is built either as a reinforced concrete strip foundation with Fibo masonry or as a slab foundation. The load-bearing external walls are constructed from Bauroc 375 blocks, while the non-load-bearing internal walls are built with metal framing and gypsum board.
The windows feature PVC frames with triple glazing. Exterior doors are high-quality wooden doors, while technical rooms are fitted with metal doors. Depending on the house design, the façade is finished with a combination of façade panels, wooden cladding and plaster.
Utilities and technical systems
The technical systems in Hild House homes are designed according to modern, energy-efficient principles. Heating is provided either by an air-to-water heat pump or a ground source system, ensuring low running costs and a comfortable indoor climate. All rooms feature individually adjustable water-based underfloor heating, allowing the temperature to be tailored to the residents’ habits and needs.
High indoor air quality is ensured by a heat-recovery ventilation system.
