Shell house, white-box and turnkey home<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The shell box<\/strong> stage provides a solid starting point for creating your home: the walls are built, the roof is in place, openings are installed, and the floor slab has been poured. An architectural preliminary design, along with the building permit and all necessary documentation, is already in place, while the exterior finishing and interior design remain for you to decide. With the white box<\/strong> stage, everything included above is complemented by completed exterior finishing as well as installed heating and electrical systems, plumbing, and ventilation. The walls have been filled and primed, leaving the rooms bright, clean, and ready for final finishes. However, the final materials \u2013 such as paint, wallpaper, flooring, and bathroom tiles \u2013 are not yet installed.<\/p>

A turnkey solution<\/strong> means a fully completed home. All interior finishing works are done, flooring is installed, walls are finished, and sanitary fixtures (toilets, showers, bathtubs) are in place. The foundation is built either as a reinforced concrete strip foundation with Fibo masonry or as a slab foundation<\/strong>. The load-bearing external walls are constructed from Bauroc 375 blocks,<\/strong> while the non-load-bearing internal walls are built with metal framing and gypsum board<\/strong>.<\/p>

The windows feature PVC frames with triple glazing<\/strong>. Exterior doors are high-quality wooden doors<\/strong>, while technical rooms are fitted with metal doors<\/strong>.
